Summer Anime Season (2012)

Tried and dropped before coming to these were Dakara Boku wa H ga Dekinai, Joshiraku, Kokoro Connect, Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!, Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse, Tanken Driland, and Tari Tari all for various reasons on their first episode. Campione! was dropped on its second episode for failing to make a strong impression and being another haremshit series despite appearance (many of the ones dropped in the first episode were too). Hagure Yuusha no Estetica was also dropped in the second episode, but this was because it was awkwardly porny and the subtitles weren't very good. Arcana Famiglia left a strong initial impression, but I dropped it after episode three because it tapered off into being dull in practice even if I liked the premise. Finally, Kingdom was dropped in episode 6 for no fault of it's own but the subs were both slow and not reliably able to be downloaded or anything. So I regretfully gave it up.

OVAs watched around this same time included Asa Made Jugyou Chu!, which was awkwardly super-porny, Marimo no Hana which was just generic and dull, nothing to write home about, and Mahou Tsukai Nara Miso wo Kue which I assume was just a promotional OVA or something because it was hard to follow.
